Just wanted to formally state that I'm most likely done with Journals for a while.  I'm just way to lazy to write (type) about the goings in my life.  Anyway, I'm still going to be here posting, just no more journal for me.

I've been a little busy lately. About a month ago, I went to the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Ala. to go to a week long journalism workshop. There I took a few classes in photography, design layout, and journalism as well. After getting back I had to replace my computer's graphics card because my old one died.

Most important of all, this week my family and I went to Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) for half a week to tour the campus as well as visit the city. To put it simply, we loved it. The city is beautiful and the school looks to be better than I expected it to be.  

I also went to the premier of Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. Although thought it was overall a great movie, I must admit that I was disappointed at the lack of explanation it had to things. The plot also seemed a little more distant from the book than I think it should have been -- ie. WTF was with the scene where Bellatrix and Greyback burn down the Burrow?

Now here I sit and look at my crowded desktop with a mixture of awe, horror and delight.  With me having been so busy lately I have not had much chance to go through my shots.  I currently have 755 MB left on my master HD (thankfully I have a 500GB secondary that I store all my stuff) and keep on deleting stuff to make room for more pictures.  At currently 2000+ photos I am begging to think this is getting a little too out of control.  Anyway, just felt the need to express my thoughts on the matter...

I have recently come to realize that two more of my suggestions as Daily Deviations were accepted.
